Client Services
Client Services is the operational engine of the Healthstat team - with Account Managers, Clinic Operations Specialists, Health Assessment Specialists and Recruiters on the front line of better health.Account Managers serve as the key contact or "quarterback" for the client to ensure the most cost effective personalized care is available. Equipped with employee benefit backgrounds, they assist with integrating the Healthstat program into the client health plan for maximum cost savings. They meet with clients on at least a quarterly basis to review clinic utilization and cost savings, and advise the direction the program should go to ensure better employee health and employer savings.
The Clinic Operations Specialist or "provider relationship specialist" trains and supervises our clinicians. They also audit our clinicians to be sure they are entering data correctly into our EMR so that we can produce the monthly, client clinic-utilization reports.
Health Assessment Specialists conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRA) by measuring biometrics including height, weight, and blood pressure. Licensed phlebotomists on staff also collect the necessary samples for testing. With the HRA results, we can identify certain risk factors that participants are unaware of. Clinicians can also identify and focus on the highest at-risk individuals. Most importantly, the results help us get to know the population we’re working with, so we can direct our disease management programs to fit the needs of each client specifically.
Recruiters are an integral part of the Client Services team as no clinic is open until a provider has been identified, credentialed, and hired. The Recruiters also assist in the scheduling and placement of providers in our clinics. They conduct thorough searches to ensure we have the best clinicians and best fit for our clients.
