Acute, Episodic and Primary Medical Care

Not just a health assessment center - it’s your “interoffice doctor’s office.” Although Healthstat does advocate that every patient establish a relationship with a primary care physician, many patients do end up requesting their primary health care be provided through the on-site clinic.

Yes, the on-site clinician can actually act as the patient’s primary care health provider and become the Medical Home. They can diagnose and treat everyday medical conditions such as cold, flu, sprains, strains, urinary tract infections, bronchitis, allergies, virus’, strep throat, eye infections, ear infections, sinus infections, and many more.

When a patient has a primary care physician and with the patient’s authorization, Healthstat’s advanced electronic medical record charting system allows each encounter in the on-site clinic to be documented for delivery to the patient’s physician.  If acute, episodic medical care is required, patients have access to the on-site clinician at times allocated during each clinic session.
