We integrate not only the medical and pharmacy claims that are incurred outside of our clinics, but also our Health Risk Assessment data, biometrics, laboratory readings, and clinic encounters within our clinics, to predict the risk of the population and the associated impact on cost. Through this merging of all the medical data, we can predict trends, identify gaps in care, and immediately recognize those cases with the greatest impact potential from both financial and quality of life perspectives.
